2. Use of Services

You agree to use ForensicBlock tools only for:

  • Legitimate forensic investigations and legal proceedings
  • Compliance and risk assessment purposes
  • Educational and research activities
  • Law enforcement and regulatory investigations

3. Prohibited Uses

You may not use ForensicBlock to:

  • Engage in illegal activities or facilitate criminal conduct
  • Violate privacy rights or conduct unauthorized surveillance
  • Harass, threaten, or intimidate individuals
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Resell or redistribute our tools without authorization

4. Accuracy and Reliability

While we strive for accuracy, ForensicBlock tools are provided "as is" without warranties. Users are responsible for verifying results and conducting independent analysis. Our tools should be used as part of a comprehensive investigation, not as the sole basis for legal decisions.

5. Credits & Purchases

Credit purchases include:

  • a free preliminary trace on account creation
  • Per-matter engagement fees established on a Statement of Work
  • Invoicing through enterprise rails after scope is agreed
  • Credits never expire
  • All purchases are final and non-refundable

6. Intellectual Property

All ForensicBlock tools, content, and materials are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our tools without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

ForensicBlock shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our tools. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for premium services in the past 12 months.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
